A scriptable protein function library

Proteax Desktop is a version of the Proteax function library that can be used from any application capable of using a shared library or Windows DLL. Supplied wrappers for various programming languages enables the use of Proteax functions directly from within Python, C, C++, .NET, Java, and Delphi/Pascal.
